This 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath two-story home is better than new. A brand new Trane furnace was installed in July 2007. This has a 5 year, transferable warranty. Another thing which is better than new is all the mature landscapig and trees you just won't find in new construciton. There are walking and biking paths just a hop, skip and a jump away. You feel as though you are in the country, and yet, you are so close to Ridgedale and other neighborhood conveniences. Additional new trees (spruce) have been planted recently on the back berm which will soon create a lovely year round green backdrop for the large yard.
