Area of Expertise:

I am experienced in residential and investment properties throughout the Twin Cities. Special certifications and areas of expertise include: GRI, Certification for 55+, Relocation, rental properties, first time home buyer education, and sign language for deaf clients. I have served the deaf community throughout the duration of my 28 year real estate career with the use of total communication while providing deaf awareness for the hearing impaired in the business community. My son, Graham Burdick-Everts, is a licensed real estate agent and works with me to provide additional service and give special, thorough attention to your needs.

Work Ethics:

I bring 28 years of experience with dedication, commitment, patience, understanding, and integrity to every client with whom I work. I listen well and make every attempt to fulfill the specific needs of each individual or family. No two transactions have been the same in 28 years. I know your needs are unique, and I give all possible attention to your unique situation. I offer a service that maintains a level of spontaneity and flexibility that is solution oriented, not problem oriented. Through all the years of my career I have seen many cycles of the real estate market, some favoring buyers, other favoring sellers. I know that your real estate needs may not conform to current conditions. I can advise you of your options and help you look for creative solutions within current market trends.

Education & Training:

Personal Background:

Balance is important in life. I balance my real estate service with many different activities. Many of these activities enhance my real estate career as well. I am the co-founder of a non profit educational organization, SELF International, Inc. (Science Education Literacy Fine Arts). We are currently planning to open a science museum in Cape Coast, Ghana. I volunteer for various community organizations, like the Bakken Museum, and I am involved as an activist in community and governmental affairs which includes small business advocacy. I am an artist and have shows featuring my work in the Twin Cities and elsewhere, and I knit with a group of women, called Knitting for Peace, to provide knitted goods for orphanages in Romania, chemo caps for women with cancer, and many other projects. I am a member of Progressive Women for Democracy and serve as Precinct Chair in my neighborhood. I am a writer and an avid gardener, and as time allows, I love to travel. Every month I meet with friends and sing at our "Song Circle" and, in the past, I have sung with various choral groups including The Frederic Hillary Chorale.
